Introduction ​

This document details the configuration process of the CWMP protocol (CPE WAN Management Protocol), also known as TR-069, in the HG6145F3 device of Fiberhome. CWMP is essential for remote management of network devices, allowing efficient configuration, monitoring and diagnosis.

Prerequisites for pointing equipment ​

  • Domain:http://DOMINIODOACS/tr069- Login: admin
  • Password: password informed during installation of the ACS system
  • Periodic information: 1200 seconds
  • Authentication of connection request:
  1. Login: IXCSoft
  2. Password: password informed during installation of the ACS system
  • Connection door: 7547
  • What? Connection address: /tr069
For some older Fiberhome models, it may be necessary to perform the configuration by UNM2000.

Validation of Communication ​

Diagnostic Tests

  1. Ping and Traceroute
  • Access the diagnostics section of the device
  • Run ping and traceroute tests for the ACS server domain Step by step
  1. Access the device administration interface.
  2. Browse to Network > BroadBand Settings > Internet Settings.
  3. Check that the TR-069 service is enabled on the WAN connection (can be separated or together with INTERNET).
  4. Go to Network > Remote Management > ACS Server.
  5. Configure TR069 Enable as Enable.
  6. In the URL field, enter:http://DOMINIODOACS/tr0697. In Username, type: admin
  7. Enter the Password provided during installation of the ACS system.
  8. Configure Connection Request Path as: /tr069
  9. Define Connection Request Port as: 7547
  10. In Connection Request Username, type: IXCSoft
  11. Enter the Connection Request Password provided during installation of the ACS system.
  12. Configure TR069 CPE Authentication as Enable.
  13. Activate Inform Enable.
  14. Configure Inform Interval for 1200 seconds.
  15. Save the settings.
